PLEASE, PLEASE EDIT THE NEXT PODCAST! Much too long and all the juvenile graba$$ at the end isn’t really funny to innocent bystanders (was that supposed to be Mowog’s Thought??!) Also, I tried to go back later to lister to Jeff Wise’s piece and found that the progress bar was only an hour long, so I had to sit through 45 minutes of chatter to get to it. It was great having you back, but it ended sounding like a beer bong party. I know you guys can do better.

I edited it, but I’ve been taking a softer touch with the editing. We target about an hour… if I can come close to that, I don’t worry as much about the content unless there are some blatantly terrible sections (and I did remove some of those). Believe me when I say… the cast never leaves my hands without 2 passes of editing. It takes a REALLY long time, and tiz NO fun. 🙂

I actually thought it was well done, in some ways better and relaxed compared to the other podcasts. Felt like it had a natural vibe going.

And what’s wrong with beer bong parties? 😛

@Creekwriter – I appreciate the feedback, but I don’t think that’s entirely fair. J’nathus and I actually spent a lot of time carefully editing and assembling this podcast. Not all of it might be apparent, but believe me, a LOT of work goes into editing each podcast – even if it’s just a simple Talk segment. As for the “juvenile graba$$,” the post-show blooper segment, comprised of out-takes from the Talk segment, has been a standard part of the TCT podcast since we came back in 2010. I’m sorry you had troubles with the progress bar, but we didn’t create it – it’s a plugin, and it’s what works best with our website setup right now. If the web player is giving you trouble, I recommend downloading the podcast and using a media player of your choice. If you subscribe on iTunes, new episodes will be downloaded automatically whenever they become available.

I’m glad to hear you liked Jeff’s piece, though. If you ever want to listen to Jeff’s music outside of the podcast, check out his SoundCloud page at https://soundcloud.com/mordedros.

I’m very sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy Podcast 9. Hopefully we can win you over next time. 🙂
